Engineering

RCC’s Engineering Program is designed to give students interested in the physical sciences a strong background in mathematics, chemistry, and physics. Graduates can gain employment as technicians at high-technology firms or can transfer to a four-year college or university to complete a baccalaureate degree. This program focuses on mathematical problem solving, which prepares you for a career in a variety of industries. RCC's AS in Engineering prepares students for careers in a number of engineering disciplines including computer, electrical, mechanical, civil, and environmental engineering.

Students who are aiming to go directly into the workforce may be interested in enrolling in our Smart Building Technology (SBT) concentration, which prepares students to enter an emerging field that is anticipated to be in high demand as the need for green energy experts increases.
