Dear RCC Supporters,
Thank you for your continued commitment to the mission, vision, values, and students of Roxbury Community College (RCC). One of RCC’s largest strengths is the unparalleled support from our greater community. Thank you for all you have done to propel RCC’s transformation into a work-ready, career college.
This past fall was another semester of growth, evolution, and success at RCC. We welcomed 2,229 credit-seeking students and 580 workforce students—our highest enrollment in 10 years! The College was also formally re-accredited by NECHE, and the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education approved RCC’s 2025–2030 Strategic Plan. I am proud of the work done to solidify RCC’s strong foundation and position the College for continued success.
While the College continues to grow enrollment, launch new programs, and streamline the student experience, the core of our mission remains. RCC is a driver of economic mobility, providing free or low-cost quality education to all community members. We remain committed to providing each student with customized, holistic support, and we will always prioritize initiatives that address both academic and non-academic barriers. This commitment was recently evidenced by our Rox Box emergency giving and food drive campaign, which generated over $37,000 in emergency donations and over 200 non-perishable goods.

I encourage you to dive into this issue to familiarize yourself with our efforts to relaunch career and internship services, enhance our portfolio of A2M programs, celebrate 30 years of excellence at the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center, and more!
