The Registrar’s Office supports the entire RCC community by maintaining student records, course schedules, and important documentation that follows students from enrollment to graduation. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Maintains the course catalog 
  • Creates and schedules courses 
  • Graduating students and assists with degree audit reviews
  • Issues transcripts and diplomas 
  • Verification requests of various types
  • National Student Clearinghouse Reporting
  • Processing student forms (e.g. loan deferment, change of name, change of major, course add/drop/withdrawals, transcript evaluations, veterans support)
  • Final grades and incompletes
  • Other projects for the college community  

The Registrar’s Office is overseen by the college Registrar. The office is in Building 2, Room 202.
