Relaxation & Mindfulness

NEXT SESSIONS: May 19 & July 8, 2021   *VIRTUAL COURSE*

*This course will be offered virtually. This means that there are scheduled class meeting times for students to utilize Zoom and access live instruction online*

Bring balance and restorative calmness to your life by learning the powerful tools of meditation and mindfulness. Once a week, join us for an hour long investment in yourself - this is time set aside specifically for YOU to learn how to center yourself and find tools for stress reduction, emotional regulation, self-knowledge, and promote your own well-being. 

Course Schedules

Session 1: 6 weeks, May 19 - June 23, 2021 

Wednesdays from 12 - 1:00 pm (CSA 052-01) 

Session 2: 8 weeks, July 8 - August 26, 2021 

Thursdays from 6:15 - 7:15 pm (CSA 052-02)
