Printing with Papercut

Roxbury Community College’s physical campus is closed for the holidays and scheduled maintenance from Monday, 12/22/2025 – Sunday, 1/4/2026. Normal business hours resume on Monday, 1/5/2025. Students enrolled in winter session classes should visit their courses in Canvas for information and support instructions. The Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center is closed from Tuesday, 12/23/22025 – Saturday, 12/27/2025, on Monday, 12/29/2025, and on Thursday, 1/1/2026. The Center is otherwise open for high school track and previously scheduled activities. Please visit the Reggie Lewis Center’s website calendar for a complete listing of scheduled activities.

PaperCut is RCC’s pay-for-print and copy management system. From any of the workstations in the Library or the Learning Center, you can send your print jobs to the Ricoh printers installed there.

Your job will be held at the printer for up to 24 hours until you release it.

On the printer, press “Print Release” and then enter your RCC email address and your password to release your job.

Each student is given $25 printing allowance per semester

Black and white prints cost $0.10 per page, color pages cost $0.20 per page
