Ribbon Cutting Ceremony - October 5, 2017

On October 5, 2017, RCC will host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in celebration of the completion of renovations to our Media Arts Center, our Health Sciences Building, and our new Student Commons, bookstore, and food service area!

This event will commemorate the first campus renovations completed in over 30 years; and, we couldn't be more excited about the improvements! Our Media Arts Center (Building 1) is now equipped with new bathrooms, new elevators, a new HVAC system, and other structural enhancements. Additionally, the Media Arts Centers' auditorium now has brand new seats, new carpet, a state-of-the-art sound system, new lighting, new drapes, and a fresh coat of paint! Our Health Sciences Building (Building 4, formally the Student Center) has been transformed to include new Timothy Smith labs, a mock hospital, a nursing simulation lab, a radiologic technology lab (complete with on-site X-ray machines), and more. And, the first floor of Building 3 has been completely transformed to include a new student commons, food service area and vastly expanded bookstore. Those of you who have visited our campus before will be overwhelmed by the transformation!

Join us to celebrate the unveiling of the new RCC with faculty, staff, students, community members and friends. You will be overwhelmed by the transformation!
