To apply to the program to be a Mentee*, you can either:

To be eligible to be a Mentee, you should be:
- A first-generation college student (neither of your parents has a college degree)
- Able to commit to meeting with a mentor for 1 hour/week for 2 semesters
- Committed to actively working towards goals you set
- Preference will be given to mentee applicants who are 18-24 years old, due to our current grant funding; However, all interested students should apply to the program as we will do our best to match you.
OR
To apply to the program to be a Peer-Mentor**, you can either:

OR

To be eligible to be a Peer-Mentor, you should be:
- A current RCC student OR RCC Alumnus/Alumna
- At least 21 years old
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.2
- Able to commit to meeting with a mentee for 1 hour/week for 2 semesters
*Mentee – Person getting a Mentor to help support and guide them
**Peer-Mentor – Person giving the support and guidance to a student
