Preparación para el examen HISET (Anteriormente GED)
¿Necesitas ayuda adicional preparándote para el Examen de Equivalencia a Educación Secundaria (HISET)? Las clases cubren 1) Escritura y Lectura 2) Matemática, Ciencias y Estudios Sociales. Cada opción dura 9 semanas y cuesta $240.

Seminario para empezar tu propio negocio
Aprende como transformar una idea en un negocio. Este seminario es facilitado en sociedad con Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights and Economic Justice. Seminario inicia el 1 de Marzo, Martes de 6:30 – 8:30 PM.

Los cursos de preparación para el examen HiSet son dictados en español y el seminario de cómo empezar tu empresa es dictado en inglés. Las operaciones de negocios cotidianas en RCC son conducidas en inglés, pero personal que habla español esta usualmente disponible.

Whether you’re looking to make a little extra money on the side or make this your full-time job, take the first step to becoming a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson with this course. Our course totals 51 hours of classroom time and features interactive class sessions with applicable examples, a real estate math review class, and review time. Successful course completion earns you the certificate required to sit for the state licensing exam.
 
Public Speaking:
Great public speakers can come from anywhere and start at all levels. This course will not teach you how to become the world’s best public speaker, but it will teach you how to be the best public speaker that you can be. Learn presentation skills, how to craft an impactful speech, tips and strategies for stress management, how to identify and target your speech to your audience, and how to maintain authenticity in all you do.
 
Join our FREE four-week series to learn how to get and stay in the green regardless of where you're starting from. Topics covered include building, maintaining, and repairing credit; how to build wealth through homeownership; basic investing and personal finance; and finance-related Entrepreneurship 101.
 
Learn how to transform an idea into a business. This comprehensive 8-week seminar is geared towards individuals who are formalizing a business idea or who are in the early stages of starting a business. Brought to you through a partnership with the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights and Economic Justice.

Our team works with businesses, leading industry panels, government and non-profit organizations, and individuals to provide training and education for those seeking new careers or interested in updating their skills.

Customized and cost-effective training can be delivered on-site, online, or at RCC for your business, government agency, or non-profit organization.

Workforce Development Goals

Workforce Development is a direct, effective, and immediate response to the urgent demands of the current economy and expanding technology. Its primary goal is to provide you with the academic, employability, and technical skills you need to increase your access to employment and economic opportunities, and to ensure job retention and career advancement. These short-term courses are scheduled mainly in the late afternoon, evening hours, and on weekends on our RCC campus. Because of its flexibility, workforce development training has become the first choice of small businesses and corporations to ensure their employees are fully prepared for the workplace and have the necessary skills for job retention and career advancement.
