December 10, 2006 is Human Rights Day established by
the United Nations. This year's theme is Human Rights and Poverty.
Human Rights Day marks the day of the Assembly's adoption of the
Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948.

Armenian Library and Museum of America
 This
display chronicles the plight of Armenians during World War
I. An estimated 1,500,000 deaths occurred between 1915-1918.
The display contains facts and photographs of the genocide.
