How to... Outlook 2010
As of January 1st, RCC has upgraded to the new Exchange 2010 e-mail system. While many of the features remain the same, there are a number of new ones. The most notable being the option of a full version of Outlook Web App. This is turned on by default via the normal Webmail address. While we encourage the use of the full version, the familiar light version is available by checking the box on the main page labeled "Use the light version of Outlook Web App".

Outlook 2010 Conversation Thread
A notable new feature that you may see is the Conversations Thread. This will assist in grouping e-mails in order to see a full "Conversation".
