MyRCC is the Roxbury Community College students-faculty portal.As a faculty member, you can find out information about your classes, students who attend them, send group e-mail to students and post your grades. You can access MyRCC at https://myrcc.rcc.mass.edu.

Question: Where do I get MyRCC User ID and Pin?
Answer: Ask your dean for the information. In the event that the dean is unavailable, stop by the ITS Department, provide proof of your current teaching assignment and receive your user ID and Pin.

Q: How do I change my password?
A: Login to MyRCC, click Personal Info and select Password under My Info.

Q: What if I forget my password?
A: Go to MyRCC, type your User ID and click on I Forgot My Password. Make sure the Registrar’s Office has your RCC e-mail address on file.

Q: If I stop teaching at RCC, would my MyRCC account be suspended?
A: No. After your account is created, it stays active.

Q: I am assigned to courses, but could not see them under MyRCC.
A: Contact the Registrar’s Office to make sure you have a valid ID as a faculty member, and that your ID is assigned to your courses.
