Career/Industry Panels:

Career Panels provide students with insightful information about the careers associated with their Program of Study. The Career Development Services Department can help you educate your students about the career opportunities available in their area of study by arranging a panel of employers in your academic area to discuss current work trends and available opportunities.

A few areas that employers may cover in a Career Panel presentation:

  • What students should know about careers before they graduate
  • Marketable skills
  • How to project oneself for hire in their field of study
  • Do's and Don'ts of the industry
  • Where the industry may go in the future

Career Panels are available for the following majors:

  • Biological Sciences: Laboratory Animal Care
