Job Description:
Call Center Rep. Will be working for the Open Enrollment Project. Call Center reps will be taking 60+ calls per day for specific Mercer clients internal employees. Employees will call with questions on 401K, how to sign up, how to cancel, makes changes to investment amounts, sign up for benefits, make changes to benefits, and will also be responsible for answering questions or escalating calls when needed. Candidate will then enter the information from the call into the database. |

Basic candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree and little to no experience is the best candidate (mercer prefers to train and mold employees).
- Associates with some type of office or customer service experience
- Candidates must have a great, friendly personality and be able to think on their feet as calls are not scripted.
***Candidates with no associates or bachelors degree will NOT be submitted.*** This job requires day time availability.

Additional Information |
Hours:
Candidates must be able to work Monday through Friday 8am-9pm. Shifts will be given out to candidates in their 3rd week of training so flexibility is a MUST
Duration:
Starts August, September, and October. 1-2 classes per month and will run through the end of February but Mercer is looking to bring solid performers on perm.
