This training program teaches participants various facets of the mortgage operations and loan officer training.  Areas of training include:

• Prequalification and meeting the borrowers’ needs;
• State and federal disclosures;
• Understand credit reports and credit report corrections.

This certificate program focuses on training students on the processes of loan originating as required by the mortgage industry.
