  Students who officially withdraw from a course or from the college early in the semester are eligible for a partial tuition refund based on the college's withdrawal policy and refund schedule (see table below). Fees are non-refundable. Failure to attend class does not constitute official withdrawal from a course or from the college.

To officially withdraw from a course, a student must complete a Withdrawal Form (available at the Registrar's Office), which requires the approval and signature of the instructor teaching the class from which the student wishes to withdraw. This form must then be submitted to the Registrar's Office. An instructor's signature is not necessary for withdrawal from a course offered by DCE or if a student is withdrawing from all courses.
