The RCC Varsity Women’s Basketball Team opened its 2007-2008 season at home versus Quinsigamond CC on Tuesday, November 6th. The Lady Tigers came up short, losing to Quinsigamond 51-48.
The Lady Tigers were led in scoring by freshman sensation Georgette Pineda who scored 21 points and collected 6 steals. Ashley Murchison was second in scoring with 16 points, followed by Kiel Banks with 4 points.
Coach Leszczyk and his Lady Tigers (0-1) will be looking for their first win tonight against an experienced Bunker Hill team. |
