Admission Application
Complete and sign an Application for Admission form. These forms are available at both the the main Admissions Office on the Roxbury Crossing campus and at the satellite Admissions Office on the Commonwealth Avenue campus. To request an application form, as well as an Immunization Form, please call 617-541-5310. Application forms are also available at many other locations within RCC's service communities, including high schools and public libraries.
All applicants seeking to enroll in a certificate or a degree program must indicate on the application which degree or certificate program and which concentration they wish to pursue. Students who are undecided about which program or concentration to choose should consult the Admissions Office.
