NEXT SESSION: February 1, 2021    *VIRTUAL COURSE*

*This course will be offered virtually. This means that there are scheduled class meeting times for students to utilize Zoom and access live instruction online*

At the end of this course, students will learn not only what makes a great leader, but how a person's attributes and skills can affect their leadership abilities. Students will also address the roles of problem-solving and planning in the scope of leadership and define the role supervision plays in leadership (and vice versa). This course is designed for entry-level employees and small business owners.

February 1, 2021 - March 22, 2021  |   7 weeks  |   Mondays and Wednesdays, 6 - 7:30 pm 

Cost: $250

We accept checks, money orders, credit and debit cards. Payment plans or financial aid are not available.

Prerequisites

No prerequisites. Additional textbooks are required for class.

Workforce Training Fund

The Workforce Training fund administered by the Commonwealth Corporation provides grants of up to $250,000 to employers to help you cover the cost of training your workers. To be eligible you must be in good standing with the State Department of Revenue, pay into the unemployment trust fund, and be willing to match your grant dollar for dollar by paying your employees’ wages while they are in training. Our staff provides technical assistance, curriculum development, and grant writing and administration to help you underwrite your training costs.
