How do I request a transcript?

Roxbury Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web.

You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.



Or

In order to request a transcript you may:
1. Click on the “Forms” link above.
    Print and fill out the Transcript Request form. 
    Mail Transcript Request and a check, cash or money order for $5 for the first copy, $2 for each additional to:                         
            Registrar’s Office        
            Transcript Processing
            1234 Columbus Ave. 
             Roxbury Crossing, MA 02120
Or
2. Come to the Registrar’s Office in the Administration Building 
    (Building 2,1st floor).

 

How do I request a verification of enrollment?

In order to request a verification of enrollment you may:

1. Click on the “Forms” link above.
    Print and fill out the Verification Request form.
    Fax the form to (617-427-5316) or mail to:                         
            Registrar’s Office       
            Verification Processing

Or
2. Come to the Registrar’s Office in the Administration Building
   (Building 2, 1st floor).

 

How do I change my address?

In order to change your address click on the “Forms” link above. Print and fill out the Change of Address form. Please mail, fax, or drop the form off at the Registrar’s Office.

 

How do I search for courses being offered?

You may search through our course offerings by clicking on the link below:

Or by clicking on any of the MyRCC links on the Roxbury Community College website.

NO PASSWORD IS NEEDED TO SEARCH COURSE OFFERINGS

 

What can MyRCC do for me?

Currently MyRCC can be used by current students to:

· Search the course offerings.  (No password needed)
· Register (Add/Drop) courses during the designated registration periods.  (Password required)
· Check your schedule, course history, and notes from the Registrar.  (Password required)
· Print an unofficial transcript.  (Password required)
· Print your degree audit.  (Password required)

 

How do I register for courses as a current student?

Registration for current RCC students (students who have attended classes in the past academic year) starts with a visit to your advisor. After meeting with your advisor and deciding on an academic plan the student should ask the advisor for a PIN and Login ID.  The student should then proceed to myrcc.rcc.mass.edu.


NOTE:  Students with holds should contact the corresponding offices:

Online Registration Hold – See an Advisor, Building 3, Room #353.  617-541-5327

Admissions Hold – See the Admissions Office, Building 2, 1st floor.  617-541-5310

Library Hold – Please visit the RCC library for clearance.

Please see advising for all other holds.
