You can get technical support for Moodle 24/7 the following ways:
For problems related to user accounts and course access, please send email to
OnlineEd@rcc.mass.edu. If you do not get a response within 24 hours or the issue is urgent,
call the Dean of Instructional Technology, Jenene Cook, at 617-933-7439.
Use the Firefox Browser
We HIGHLY recommend that PC users use Firefox instead of Internet Explorer.
Mac users must use Firefox instead of Safari.
If you are having technical problems with a computer located on campus, contact the Information Technology Department
at 617-427-0060 Ext. 5555.
