2. Faculty and Staff Network and E-mail Access
All new employees must fill out a User Request form that must be signed by their immediate supervisor. We provide network and e-mail services to all faculty and staff with the @rcc.mass.edu suffix. E-mail services include mail storage, security, and support in helping to send and retrieve e-mails, etc.
The Information Technology (IT) office is committed to serving the campus faculty, staff, and students by providing quality technology solutions and services.
Password Policy:
In order to help better protect your personal and identity-related information, and to comply with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' regulations and College audit requirements regarding minimum standards for creation of strong passwords, RCC implemented a new password policy whereby passwords must be changed every 3 months.
Please change your password to comply with the new rules as soon as possible.
