Getting to know your interests, abilities, and values is the first step in deciding on a major or career path. Taking a career assessment is one way to begin the exploring process.

DISCOVER helps you assess yourself, explore options, and acquire information so you can take action. With hundreds of occupations and majors to sort through before you can plan your future, it is helpful to have a guide or map to organize the possibilities. The World-of-Work Map is used to organize information in DISCOVER, and it is helpful to explore before taking the assessment.

Although DISCOVER will not give you the depth of information, it is an easy way to start exploring.
