Duties and Responsibilities:
In an effort to create an improved HR on-line presence in FY13, the intern working will work along with the Assistant Director of HRIS to:
- Perform various updates and changes to the HR website as part of an HR goal to create new content and redesign/restructure the website and the internal intranet (iSite)
- Prepare Word and PDF documents as needed for the web
- Prepare images and other multimedia for the web
Qualifications:
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with HTML/website content management systems and Adobe Photoshop helpful. Excellent customer service skills, willingness to learn, and attention to detail. Photoshop experience a plus!
Schedule:
Tuesday through Friday (hours flexible)
