New organizations may be formed at the beginning of the fall semester. In order for a student club or organization to use the College name and facilities, students must submit an application and have it be approved by the Student Government Association for club recognition. This form is available in the Office of Student Life and Engagement (Room 353, Academic Building 3). Each club must have an RCC faculty or staff advisor, must be open to all students, and must not conflict with the policies of the College or the Constitution of the Student Government Association.
