Refusal to Provide Copies



    Roxbury Community College reserves the right to deny official transcripts or copies of records not required to be made available by the Family Educational Rights, Privacy Act (FERPA) in any of the following situations:

     

    1. The student has an unpaid financial obligation to the College .
    2. There is an unresolved
    3. The student is requesting a copy of a document which was originally issued by an outside institution (i.e. transcripts from other institutions, passports).
