Login Issues/Questions
For problems related to user accounts and course access, please send email to OnlineEd@rcc.mass.edu. If you do not get a response within 24 hours or the issue is urgent, call the Dean of Instructional Technology, Jenene Cook, at 617-933-7439.
IMPORTANT: All students using Moodle are required to install and maintain updated virus protection on their computers. Files submitted containing a virus or worm will be deleted and further course access may be restricted pending determination that the threat is removed from the infected computer. There are several virus protection programs such as Norton AntiVirus, McAfee Virus Scan, and AVG Anti-Virus. See Other Resources for more information.
Use the Firefox Browser
We HIGHLY recommend that PC users use Firefox instead of Internet Explorer. Mac users must use Firefox instead of Safari.
