Construction Estimating:
CSA 377 Mon: 6:00-9:00 PM; 6 weeks; $200

This course teaches the fundamentals and the different methods of construction estimating through measuring, preliminary estimates, computer estimating, cost planning, and pricing.   This course is designed for Professional Builders, Do-it-yourselfers, Home Owners, Home Improvement Store Employees, and Building Materials Staff.

Blueprints Reading:
CSA 379 Thur.: 6:00-8:00 PM; 6 weeks; $200 

This course focuses on basics of blueprint reading, and covers residential blueprint reading. Topics include plans and diagram interpretation, from the basic structures of a room to the electrical and plumbing systems.

Builder’s License Preparation:
Wed: 6:00-9:00 PM; 7 Weeks; Tuition $279; Book: $40;

This course, which is offered in conjunction with the Construction Certification Institute (CCI), prepares participants to pass the construction supervisor License State Examination.  Classes are offered at Roxbury Community College four times every year, in January, April, July, and October.  Call CCI for registration and general information: 888-833-5207.
