Cheerleading

February 19, 2008 – The Roxbury Community College Cheerleading team was victorious at the Pine Bush High School Winterfest Cheer for All Competition held in Pine Bush, N.Y. on February 16. The squad came in 1st place for the first time this season and the competition marks the group’s only contest outside of New England this year.

Their first place victory goes along with 2nd place finishes at both the New England Cheer & Dance Competition in November, which was held at RCC, and the Rhody All Star Invitational in Rhode Island in December.
